GENERAL INFORMATION

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Please contact the reception for any other needs.

What are the reception hours?

From 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

What languages are spoken at the reception?

Italian, English and French.

Where is the property and how can I/we reach it?

The property is located in the small village of Lupompesi near Murlo. To reach us, we recommend renting a car.

Is parking available at the property?

We have a large free unattended parking area. Charging facilities for Type 2 electric vehicles are also available.

Does the property have an elevator?

No.

What accessibility features are available at the property?

We offer a wheelchair-accessible apartment featuring a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The restaurant and swimming pool are also accessible via alternative level paths, which are slightly longer than the standard routes but entirely step-free.

Is Wi-Fi available at the property?

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Are pets allowed at the property?

Pets are welcome throughout the property with the exception of the poolside area. Please note that a daily supplement of €8.00 applies.

Is luggage storage available?

Yes, luggage storage is available at the reception.

What amenities are included in the rooms?

Our property offers both rooms and apartments of various sizes with different amenities. We recommend checking the specific amenities available for each accommodation type.

Is there a city tax?

Tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day for a maximum of 6 days and only for those aged 12 and over.

Reductions are available for non-self-sufficient disabled guests and their caregivers, business travelers, and drivers via self-certification to the municipality.

What credit cards are accepted?

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Bancomat.

How does check-in work at the property?

In person.

Is early check-in possible?

Yes, upon request and subject to availability; please contact the reception.

Is late check-out possible?

Yes, upon request and subject to availability; please contact the reception.

What are the reception hours?

We are open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Outside of these hours (after 8:00 PM and before 8:00 AM), we can be reached at the reception number +39 0577 814605, or in case of emergency at +39 348 4367723.

PROPERTY & SERVICES

Is there a transfer service to/from the property?

No, but paid transfers can be organized upon request.

Is electric car charging available?

Yes, we have a charging station for electric cars with two Type 2 charging spots.

Are children allowed at the property?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. The swimming pool is suitable for children, but please note it does not have a dedicated shallow area and there is no lifeguard on duty; therefore, children are under the sole responsibility of their parents.

Do you provide secure bike storage?

Yes, we have a dedicated room that also includes a corner for minor repairs and a washing area.

Is it possible to wash the bike and perform basic maintenance?

Yes, these facilities are available.

Do you offer bike or e-bike rental?

We have several hybrid bikes for rent available directly at the property.

For e-bikes or road bikes, you can contact www.ciclitorricelli.it , who will deliver the bicycles directly to our premises.

ROOMS

Are baby cribs and cots available?

Yes, we can provide baby cribs and cots for infants at an additional cost of €10.00 per day, or bed rails for older children.

Are accessible rooms available?

We have a wheelchair-accessible apartment featuring a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

BREAKFAST

Is breakfast included?

It depends on the type of accommodation and the rate you have booked. Breakfast is generally included for rooms, while for apartments you can choose between room-only or bed & breakfast at the time of booking. It is also possible to add breakfast at any time for an additional cost of €15.00 for adults and €8.00 for children under 12.

What time is breakfast served?

From 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in the restaurant (either on the terrace or in the dining room).

What type of breakfast is served?

It is an international sweet and savory buffet breakfast, featuring homemade cakes, bread, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, honey, jams, and chocolate.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options available?

Yes, we offer gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. However, we kindly ask you to inform the reception of your specific dietary requirements.

RESTAURANTS & BARS

Is there a restaurant at the property?

Yes, we have an excellent on-site restaurant serving traditional Tuscan cuisine and a selection of wines, including those from our own production.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options available?

Yes, the restaurant offers gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. However, we kindly ask you to inform the reception or your server of your specific dietary requirements.

Is there a bar at the property?

Yes, open from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM.

SPA, POOL & GYM

Is there a pool at the property?

We have a swimming pool open in all seasons: indoor and heated to 28°C in winter, outdoor in summer, and partially open during the shoulder seasons.

What are the pool hours?

From 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Do you provide pool towels?

Pool towels are available at the reception for a fee of €2.00 per towel.

ACTIVITIES, EXPERIENCES & EVENTS

Is a concierge service available?

Yes, we are at your disposal to help organize your excursions and tours.

Do you organize tours and excursions nearby?

Yes, we organize a tour of our farm including tastings of our wine and extra virgin olive oil (lasting approximately 1.5 hours). We also offer an afternoon tour that includes a visit to the nearby village of Murlo.

Do you host weddings or private events?

We organize weddings and private events with exclusive rental of the entire property.

This requires a minimum of 56 guests, with the capacity to accommodate up to 85 people on-site.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

What is your cancellation policy?

It depends on the type of rate you have chosen:

Prepaid Non-Refundable Rate:
Full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking via credit card. This rate is non-refundable, but dates can be modified once, provided you notify us at least 15 days in advance.

Flexible Rate:
A credit card is required only as a guarantee; payment will be processed at the property upon check-out. Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before arrival.
