The restaurant, built in the former wine cellar of the farm (where the first stages of winemaking were once carried out), excels in both design and cuisine. Beams and rafters and a large fireplace typically used for grilling have been preserved from olden times.
As soon as the season allows, guests are welcomed outdoors onto the large, sun-drenched terraces to enjoy a gourmet meal and the splendid panorama, relaxing in the serenity of the surrounding Tuscan countryside.
Our kitchen offers traditional Tuscan dishes with a modern twist and inventive presentation, prepared with selected local products. There is an excellent wine list which includes the red wine (IGT Toscana) of Svoltacarrozze, produced at the nearby family vineyard.
The intimate atmosphere within a large room enlivened by ancient arches ensures a memorable experience. The restaurant is ideal for celebrating weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays (with over 120 indoor seats and 120 external) as it is for a romantic dinner.
It is possible to add additional breakfasts to the price of accommodation at any time and it is possible to have lunch or dinner, even if you have not booked on half board basis. The restaurant is open to non-resident guests.
The kitchen is available to meet any dining needs or restrictions: meals for children, food intolerance, and to offer resourceful proposals for vegetarians or vegans.
